Job Description Apply: Pricing Manager
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic plan for profitable growth of the Individual/Family and Small/Medium Enterprise (“SME”) segments under the supervision of the Head of Pricing and Chief Underwriting Officer through technical Pricing analysis, effective interactions with key stakeholders and organisation of the business activities of the Pricing team.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:
- Significant experience (minimum of c.10 years) in technical Pricing analysis in relevant line of business
- Significant experience (minimum of c.5 vears) in Pricing Management position in relevant line of business
- Preferably third level degree and / or professional insurance qualification
- Experience of working in a large, complex global Financial Services organisation
- Successful track record of leadership of direct teams and matrix environments
- Experience of working internationally
- Experience of leading change in various business scenarios including restructuring and integration
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges
- Evidence of a proactive, focused and structured attitude to work and an ability to constantly meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication (verbal and written), project and time management skills
- Ability to work and manage team and their workload independently without direct supervision and oversight
- Fluent in French and English
Possess a solid IT background; ability to demonstrate programming experience and writing database queries would be an advantage.
