GI Actuarial Manager - Advisory
Job Description
Are you a qualified GI actuary, looking for your next career challenge within a collaborative firm which shapes the future of success for leading entrepreneurial businesses?
Our client continues to develop its global reach and you could play a key role in this while simultaneously being empowered to think creatively within a people-centred culture.
With strong technical actuarial knowledge, you will possess some experience of at least two of the following in non-life insurance: reserving for accounting purposes; Solvency II Technical Provisions; Solvency II Standard Formula; Capital Modelling; ERM.
Experience of IFRS 17 would also be beneficial.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will lead on day-to-day projects expected to primarily include reserving and Solvency II work, but may also a range of other services including risk modelling, IFRS 17 and data science.
You’ll also drive your team to develop actuarial and statistical skills to solve problems and draw applicable, actuarially sound, business conclusions.
This is a role which will provide you with exposure to a diverse portfolio and offer the chance to work on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry.
