To make Insurance work we need teams of highly capable and adept Actuaries to put our business into intricate models to ensure we’re accurately able to predict our capital requirements and price our products appropriately.

A role that matters; You’ll carry out a variety of roles within a team that calculates and recommends bonus rates and surrender values, so what you do will have a direct impact on our customers’ payouts.

The Capital Modelling team are responsible for building, maintaining and developing models used to calculate capital requirements and similar metrics for life insurance entities, as well as the Insurance Group as a whole.
