Are you ready to take on one of the most complex schemes and rewarding challenges in the pensions industry?
Star Actuarial is supporting our client in their search for a technical pensions leader. This is a senior appointment and would suit a proactive, technically strong pensions professional with previous leadership experience and the energy to drive improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team, fostering growth and accountability.
- Managing complex calculations.
- Liaising with insurers to secure member benefits and ensure compliance for buy-in/buy-out.
- Presenting key reports to Trustees and driving solutions.
- Collaborating with senior leaders to enhance processes and delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong DB pensions expertise (DC knowledge is a bonus).
- Proven leadership skills with the energy to inspire and drive change.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.
