M&A Actuarial Analyst - Non-life
Job Description
Are you a part-qualified actuary with experience in the non-life insurance/reinsurance sectors? Do you have extensive experience in GI reserving? Are you looking for your next career development role within a leading-edge, global firm?
Then this could be the role for you.
Having responsibility for providing actuarial due diligence support for the Group’s M&A activity for its European & Lloyd’s risk carriers, you will develop actuarial models as part of the reserving, capital and pricing assessment during the due diligence process.
You will also draft actuarial due diligence papers in relation to the work performed, including the reserving, capital and valuation metrics.
In addition, you will support the overall transition of successful deals to the Reserving & Reporting Actuarial team and wider business.
Prior reserving and capital experience working within the Lloyds of London market would be an advantage, as would experience within transaction due diligence and/or risk-based pricing.
Highly talented candidates from a life or pensions background will be considered.
A fantastic career opportunity.
