GI Pricing Actuary - Specialty Lines
Job Description
Are you a qualified (or part-qualified) GI actuary, looking to take the next step on your career ladder within a leading international specialty insurer?
Then look no further!
In this exciting opportunity, you assist with will the development of pricing tools, while producing management information (MI) and performing deep-dive analysis for all lines of business.
You will also play a key role in performing predictive modelling and strategic analyses while proposing rating enhancements to improve underwriting intelligence and profitability.
With excellent communication and collaborative skills, the successful candidate will possess pricing and reserving experience gained within the specialty lines market.
Additionally, you will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, R or Python programming languages, alongside data manipulation tools such as SQL and Power BI/Tableau.
Excellent technical aptitude and experience in predictive modelling, catastrophe models, and portfolio analysis is advantageous.
