This is a tremendous career-development opportunity in which you will deliver technical DC work including the provision of statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation.
In this diverse role, you will also provide advice relating to DC scheme strategy and structure, across DC trust based occupational pension schemes and Workplace Personal Pension schemes.
In addition, you will provide advice on DC investment and DC governance, including the setting up of DC governance committees.
With experience of delivering provider selection and provider transition would be desirable, as would experience of advising Trustees/corporates on DC scheme design, investment fund ranges, suitable default funds and charging structures.
