Job Description
Star Actuarial is currently representing an exciting opportunity for an economics expert to join our client's offices on the beautiful island of Bermuda.
As Chief Economist and Deputy Director of the financial research department, you will be responsible for leading all global and domestic economic analyses and advice.
You will also oversee the programme of work on systemic risk analysis and assessment related to financial services sectors within Bermuda.
With a master’s degree or equivalent qualification in economics (or related discipline) from a recognised institution or professional body, the successful candidate will possess detailed knowledge of both banking and international (re)insurers.
Candidates with a PhD are of particular interest.
